Do you take multiple medications? If you’re unsure about their combined effects, please ask us about a home medication review. Simply obtain a referral from your GP, and our pharmacists will come to your home to talk to you about your medicines. We will provide a detailed report including recommendations for you and your GP. This way you can make sure you are getting the most out of your medications.
